Photos permission

Kept needs Photos access to show and organize your camera roll. Open iPhone Settings, choose Apps, choose Kept, then choose Photos to review or change access.

Deleting photos

Swiping in Kept marks photos for cleanup. Kept shows a review screen before asking iOS to delete anything, and iOS then shows its own system confirmation.

Recovering deleted photos

Deleted photos move to Recently Deleted in the Photos app. Open Photos, choose Collections, then Recently Deleted to recover items while they are still available there.

Storage estimates

Apple's public PhotoKit APIs do not expose exact per-photo file size. Kept shows reclaimed space as an estimate.

Purchases

If the lifetime unlock does not appear, open Kept Settings and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure the iPhone is signed in to the Apple Account that made the original purchase.
