Privacy Policy

Summary

Kept is designed for private, on-device camera-roll cleanup. The app does not require an account, upload your photos, include advertising, or sell personal data.

Photos access

Kept uses Apple's PhotoKit APIs to show photos from your local library after you grant Photos permission. Photo organization, cleanup decisions, and review checkpoints happen on your device.

Deletion

Kept only requests deletion for photos you mark and review. iOS shows its own confirmation before removing items from your library. Deleted photos move to Recently Deleted in the Photos app, subject to Apple's Photos behavior.

Purchases

Kept offers a lifetime unlock through Apple's StoreKit system. Apple processes App Store purchases. Kept can read purchase entitlement status, but it does not receive your payment card details.

Analytics and tracking

Kept does not include third-party advertising, ad tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. Apple may provide aggregated App Store performance and transaction information to the developer through App Store Connect.

Children's privacy

Kept is not intended to collect personal information from children. The app does not create user accounts or request birth dates.
